Description : Our mill function by means of a revolving disc provided with concentric rings of teeth which engage in a stationary disc rotating horizontally in clockwise direction. The requried degree of coarseness of the ground material is obtained by adjusting the revolving disc in vertical direction by means of the handwheel.
Cooling : Water cooling is provided for both the discs.
Lubrication :The horizontal and vertical shafts are mounted on taper roller bearings. The lower half of the main casing forms a fust and oil tight sump. This oil will take care of the footstep bearing, sprial Beval gears and Gernal bearings.
Power : A 50 H.P. Motor is required with V with drive 1440 R.P.M It gives a very quick grinding action and has got a vast industrial use. The wide range of materials ground or delivered by our mill is as under. It has weight 2 Tonnes. It has Hight 4" with Hopper. It has Area 40" but with motor 6" 600kg to 800 kg is production capacity in eight hour in 30 Mesh.
