Rotary Precutter Description: The Rotary Cutter, provides a highly efficient method of reducing an extremely vide range of material by cutting action. It consists of a rotary fitted with knives revolving inside a cylindrical casting comprised of two checks in which stationary dead knives are fixed. The dead knives are adjustable so as to give a keen shearing action against the revolving knives. In order to get a uniform partical size a seive is fixed under the rotar. The seive plates are inexpensive and can be changed in a few minutes. The design and action of Rotary Precutter equipment produces a uniform size of chips with a minimum of dust. It will handle sheets, offcuts strips, or any random shapes or sizes of material. The materials can be feed in by hand through a safety hopper, or by an automatic feeding arrangement according to individual requirements. It has weight one tonne Area 25" but with Motor 42' Hight 3'6". A 25 H.P. Motor is required with V belt 1440 R.P.M.
Description : Our mill function by means of a revolving disc provided with concentric rings of teeth which engage in a stationary disc rotating horizontally in clockwise direction. The requried degree of coarseness of the ground material is obtained by adjusting the revolving disc in vertical direction by means of the handwheel. Cooling : Water cooling is provided for both the discs.
Lubrication :The horizontal and vertical shafts are mounted on taper roller bearings. The lower half of the main casing forms a fust and oil tight sump. This oil will take care of the footstep bearing, sprial Beval gears and Gernal bearings. Power : A 50 H.P.
